Excellent agent

Steven was great to work with. He was an excellent negotiator from the vendor's perspective but as a buyer he was a bit pushy. Maybe more phone negotiations rather than in-person negotiation(because weather for one was very bad while we were negotiating and convenience) If I'm going to sell a property in future, I'll definitely come to Steven because he can get you what you are looking for. Very helpful throughout the process and took time to show us the property couple of times.
