Steven is a nice guy and was very responsive to my messages and calls. I do think he played a role in getting the deal across the line. However, I do think some of the things he said were skewed in favour of the vendor and therefore not entirely honest. Things like the finish on the front door special technique when I know it was repainted after being tagged and the choice of toilet being an eco choice as a new council requirement rather than the vendors choosing it as a cost saving measure. I think sometimes you just have to be honest if you have less than ideal vendors rather than try to spin things. Because it makes purchasers wonder what else?
Stephen has sold our two townhouses in North New Brighton for very good money giving both parties a very good deal. I will use Stephen when we sell our next property.
