10 years ago we met Steven and he helped us buy the house we have just sold. In between we have bought and sold 3 others with his help, so it was only natural that we would turn again to Team Steven and Jarrod to sell our primary residence. Their appraisal was spot on and the fresh approach afforded by the technology led Arizto model resulted in effective modern marketing without the pressure of up-selling through print media. Each member of the team were brilliant. They loved their job, were super professional, listened to our suggestions and concerns and always sought feedback. Communication was brilliant. Their eye for detail and presentation was impressive as was their willingness to pitch in and help with the photography and styling. We were grateful for their skilled negotiating with unrealistic or speculative buyers which helped reduce our uncertainty and stress. Thank you Team Steven and Jared. Great result at about half the cost of a traditional real Estate Agency!
