Knowlegeable and Responsive

As we were new to the area Steven showed us several areas that we may want to live in, he was not limited to particular area. He gave us early options on houses that we may prefer. He was very flexible in showing us houses and getting access for us. He was fun and kind particularly as we had a child who viewed most properties with us. Steven was considerate and very helpful when we were putting in offers or considering properties. He accessed information for us as needed and was very responsive and approachable to any questions or concerns we had. We never felt pressured, he was always realistic with what we looked at. Since purchasing our property Steven has kept in touch to see if we have any concerns and are happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend Steven to anyone who was looking to purchase in the greater Dunedin area.
