Couldn't recommend Steven Field higher - I have just bought a house through him AND sold my house with him - he is amazing. His communication could not be better, he is honest, professional, lovely, kind, thoughtful, a real gentleman to his clients and he works his butt off. If I buy another house or sell - I would not go to anyone else. Comments from people who went through my home while it was for sale were "You have the best agent in Dunedin on the job" and they were 100% correct. Don't give it a second thought - he is one out of the box.
