Steve Weng and Helen Yi of Barfoot and Thompson, Howick were fantastic real estate agents who sold our home for us. They were extremely friendly and approachable. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and they felt great responsibility to sell our home and get the best price for us. The photos in the campaign were extremely well done and we were asked for our opinion of the ones proposed and the blurb for the brochure, so we were able to have input into what we wanted changed, which they were very accommodating of. Communication was always quick. Their feedback from open homes was prompt and comprehensive. The private viewings were always notified well in advance and we were notified as soon as they were finished. They gave us confidence in choosing them and the overall experience was stress free.
