He gave an overview of the property on arrival and whilst he allowed us space to check over the property, he was ready to answer all our questions and contact the vendor at the time if unable to answer. He has been fabulous to deal with as buyers. We viewed many properties. Some of those agents were like ‘cardboard cutouts’.
