We had a great experience with Steve and his wife Clare. Both very knowledgeable, gave great advice and gave us guidance on the whole housing process. We were selling our home and buying a new home at the same time, which was a whole new process for us. Steve gave us an appraisal for the house, and gave us tips and advice on the market and the best way to advertise and sell out home, which sold within a week of being on the market! And while we were putting our house on the market, Clare would look out of homes that would fit our budget and criteria, and would contact other agents for private viewing of the home. When we found a house we loved and they both came with us to the auction with us, which we were successful in the purchase. We really appreciated their support. Both Steve and Clare was great at organizing and communicating with other agents a potential buyers, which really took the hassle and stress off us, and to make this whole process and enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family, and would use them again in the future. Thank you again Steve and Clare.
