Steve, along with Glenis Pickelmann, made the sale of my mother's house a relatively enjoyable experience. My mum was very apprehensive about the whole process and can become easily overwhelmed with things she is not used to. Steve and Glenis help both my Mum and me understand what was needed and what was going on the whole way through.
