Very disappointing service

From my first touch point with this agent I had incorrect information posted, or not enough information given - I never knew who was looking after me with so many people copied into emails. No follow up occurred after my first open home. It's five days since I bought the house (and the 10 words Steve spoke to me on the phone at the auction were the first I'd had with him). I haven't had a personal text, email or phone call since to say congratulations, Wayyyy too many houses on the go at the one time. Very disappointing.
