Steve was very good to deal with. He is a hard worker, always positive, honest, realistic and very fair and that's what you need when buying and selling in the realestate market, especially in this current market where a house likely will not sell for what you believe it's worth or the CV says online. If you don't have these quality's then you are just a glorified car-salesman for houses and that's not a good look. So again, huge thanks to Steve and his team.
