Lengthy but with the good result in the end

After the first sale failed to complete, Steve & Miriam came through in a tough market with a completed sale in june 24. We are relived to have sold & are satisfied with the price they achieved. We were appreciative of Steve's determination & efforts to get a sale over such a lengthy time.
