As a vendor, I have nothing but praise for our agent Steve. Most importantly, he got us a good price in a very short time. My partner and I liked his old school style, warm and friendly with plenty of time to hear our views and modify the marketing or any other issue to match our thoughts. On several occasions he would say "you know I will look after your place don't you" and he certainly did after we had vacated and right up to settlement.
