He was familar with the area, had good market knowledge and guided so that I could make a good offer. I would recommend him to any vendors wanting their property sold.

Stephen's effort and attitude has been greatly appreciated, from ensuring we had all the information we could ask for, checking in with our progress on paperwork, to facilitating inspections and working with our representatives to make the journey as smooth as possible. He and his team have been pleasant to work with at every step.

Stephen knows his stuff, and the area he works in. I wouldn't use any other real estate agent for purchasing or selling.

Since I last sold a property a lot has changed. Stephen kept us well informed of what needed to be done including staging the property, dealing with building report, LIM report items held by council etc. He completed numerous open homes even when the property was under conditional contract. He provided photo updates of some work that needed to be done. I found him to be very professional with a good understanding of the current market. He communicated consistently through the negotiation period insuring that we had a full understanding of where we were at with the sale. We have another property we will be selling in the future and will certainly be approaching Stephen to take on the next sale. Excellent

I watched how Stephen operated in selling our neighbours property and were impressed with his professionalism so decided to go with him in selling my home hence we were not disappointed in his expertise and would highly rate him. No we did not use Ratemyagent Thankyou Stephen JK

As a first time buyer I found Stephen to be very helpful, as if he was on my side. He explained the process to me and made sure I understood the complex cross-lease details and extended posession timeframe. I would go back to Stephen for any future needs.

No issues, had good communication
