We met Stephen by chance at an open-home and enjoyed chatting with him and learning from his location and market knowledge, he also took time and interest in us and our plans. After discussions and appraisal, we signed up with no hesitation, to sell our place - not a standard type sale! Along the way Stephen was always professional, supportive, gave great advice and kept us well informed. He not only saw over 100 parties through our house, he worked hard to follow up, feedback and even drove 2 hours away to obtain a final signature to seal the deal! He's also helped with some advice on buying our next home, and we trusted and appreciated all his time, support, friendliness and knowledge. We highly recommend Stephen and thank him sincerely for all his efforts (and chocolate!) helping us to successfully sell our home.
