Stephen is a great guide in the maze of house buying. He is insightful and sensciere. The entire process was easier and possible due to his mahi. I learned a lot, he was very patient and available to go to auctions and house viewings. He made tricky viewing happen and was very possitive the whole way through. He advised us a contact with a very thorough cleaning company, whose work we were thrilled with. He suggested an excellent building inspector to add a building report to our property sale details, which we were happy with. He arranged for a photographer who took excellent photos for the brochure and road sign. Stephen reported back to us after each weekend of Open Homes, advising levels of interest and any repeat visits.
