I can say that Steve Hanrahan did exceptionally well to sell our house against the odds of the government lowering the threshold of investors being able to sell their house after only two years which flooded the Queenstown market and made it very hard to sell our house but he is a persistent and passionate agent whom doesn’t give up and managed to reach an acceptable agreement with us and buyers after a prolonged effort , I would highly recommend Steve to any potential client . And he was one of only three agents whom actually answered our call straight away when we wished to cell
