Stephanie was very friendly and informative at the open homes and she followed up with me in a timely manner and answered all my questions. When we wanted to put in an offer Stephanie was very helpful explaining the process and helped get the deal accepted. Stephanie was always available for the builders report, final inspection and settlement day, and was quick to follow up and get answers to extra questions.
