Stephany rang me about 1 year ago, offering to appraise my house. I was pleased, as we were planning to move to a smaller garden. She rang me again a month ago to see how I was (I am a widower of 3 years), wondering whether I would like a re-appraisal as the market had fallen. I told her I had decided it was time for me to move on and would appreciate another visit. She came next morning & I signed her up within the hour. There was one open home the following weekend, 15 couples attended, many expressing considering an offer. Two made an offer that day. One was very favourable. Next day he raised his offer $150,000 and removed all the conditions! He offered to let me choose the settlement date. He also offered to let me remove my stuff and leave all the rest. He would be pleased to use what he could, take the rest to Hospice or Salvation Army, and the rest to the dump! Even Stephany could not have got a better offer than that!!!
