Stephanie has been amazing throughout the entire process of finding and buying a home. Her professionalism and dedication to the job is spot on. Every enquiry was met with admirable timeliness and nothing was put in the too hard basket from start to finish. I highly recommend Stephanie and am so glad to have her as my agent.
Stephanie was caring, knowledgeable and genuine in her presence. We were able to promptly get amazing photos done that really helped our property shine. After one open home we got two offers straight away and we were able to move forward with our next home purchase promptly. If we ever sell again or know someone who wants to sell, we know who we will be sending them to. Thanks so much again for your care and patience getting us to the finish line earlier than we ever expected.
I deeply appreciated Stephanie's fast and clear communication, as well as her help in chasing up several pieces to ensure everything went smoothly.
I had been keeping an eye on the prior sales done by Steph and market reviews . When it was time for us to sell ; we had no second opinion about who should we choose . People asked me why I chose an independent agent against other leading agents. Steph’s says what she can do and Do what she says . There is no jargon; every thing is explained in lay man’s language and was upfront . She did what I needed her to do . And thanks to Steph and her team

Stephanie prepared a detailed appraisal for us based on current market values. She was very committed to getting the very best price for us under uncertain market conditions. This she achieved in a short space of time which made it a lot less stressful for us. We found Stephanie to be extremely hard-working with endless energy and friendly professionalism. We heard about Stephanie through word of mouth and approached her for an appraisal. From the first meeting, we knew she was the one to sell it. She was open to our suggestions, clear communications, and given her 110% for us to sell our home. The whole process was hassle free, and Stephanie presented an offer on day 12 after listing the property, which we appreciate as her dedication and commitment to her profession. We are delighted to have her as our agent and highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.
