Amazing and Easy to Work With

Stephanie was first class, totally professional and committed to helping us sell both our rental and our main house here in Hamilton. I wasn't sure how selling houses in this rather slow market would turn out, but with Stephanie's help we sold our rental within 10 days, and then after a rather slow auction, our house sold shortly thereafter for a very good price which was amazing. She is very empathetic, sensitive to our needs and could cope well with me as a rather 'bossy' school teacher. I say that because we could talk honestly to each other about our expectations and be direct in a positive and friendly way.
