Overall good.

Good communication and service, however found 2 issues were dismissed the first with the gas hob with one burner not staying lit followed now with 2 not going properly going to mean a new appliance or extensive service, advised well it is secondhand, however I though items were meant to work. The other with the wood-burner although not her fault general knowledge would surmise it should have a level adjustment and the repair was carried out to fix the problem with it not being able to be turned down now repaired.
