Good communication and service, however found 2 issues were dismissed the first with the gas hob with one burner not staying lit followed now with 2 not going properly going to mean a new appliance or extensive service, advised well it is secondhand, however I though items were meant to work. The other with the wood-burner although not her fault general knowledge would surmise it should have a level adjustment and the repair was carried out to fix the problem with it not being able to be turned down now repaired.

Stacey was amazing, any questions she answered for us or found out the info from the pervious owners. Down to earth and genuine agent, who completely put us at ease and kept everything stress free! Thank you so much, completely in love with the house
