I was extremely impressed with Stacey Prince whom was recommended to me by a friend. I made contact with her shortly after loosing my husband and discussed my future need to make residential changes due mainly to health issues. I was on waiting lists at several Rrtirement Villages and would not be able to sell my property until I had gained a place in one of these. Stacey kept in touch with me on a regular basis and kept me up to date with market moves and changes while never pressuring me to go to the market at any particular time. She even called on for a coffee and catch up on a couple of occasions. When I was able to gain a place on a Village my property was not quite ready and I took her advice as to improvements take. Stacey Prince was a wonderful real estate agent to work with. She is very professional in her approach, punctual, delivers on what she promises and gives good guidance through all the stages of the sale process. She also has real integrity in not trying to hide issues that a property might have that would impact buyers in the future. Things that are uncertain with the structure of a house gets checked out with the correct documentation even before the house gets put on the market. It gives both buyers and sellers peace of mind.
