We met Spencer at an open home about 8 months while looking for property in Christchurch, we currently reside in Nelson. Over the months he always kept in touch, suggested possible properties and then chaperoned us through the homes of interest when we were down in Christchurch . Eventually he suggested 2/11 Harvey Terrace to us when it came to the market, which ticked all the boxes for us and we purchased! Spencer was wonderful to deal with over these months and i would recommended him highly to any other purchasers .
