I must say how pleased I was to have Spencer as my negotiating agent in the purchase of this property. He immediately showed his professionalism by his attention to my preferences and of my situation. Myself not having recent experience or familiarity with how the real estate process works these days , Spencer went out of his way to keep me informed step-by-step of the correct manner to do this. He was very considerate in accomodating my situation when it came to arranging appointments etc., and to dealing promptly with any issues to my satisfaction where I thought there might be one. Spencer obviously is an asset to the firm’s professional team also having good networking skills and lateral thinking skills needed to broaden the possibilities of a sale or purchase. Spencer went beyond and above what was required to sell our property, he arrranged for minor repairs to be done and over saw these jobs himself. He kept us upto date constantly on how things were going with the sale. His knowldge of the market was spot on and he worked extremely hard for us to get a sale.
