Sophie Smith of Harcourts seems to have become an extended part of the family over the past 18 months. Always available to answer any questions and always honest and transparent. She went the extra mile to find creative ways to promote our house in a hard market and worked tirelessly to get a great result. Her communication skills were awesome. We are now working on with her to find our new home as love the professional, gentle approach she brings. When we are ready to sell again we wouldn’t hesitate to approach her and we hope to stay in touch. Thank you Sophie - it was a pleasure.
