Right from the word go, Sophie came fully prepared with her professional knowledge and experience of the current market environment. She helped us understand the process of Price by Negotiation which turned out to be the best way. Her skills in follow through with potential buyers was well done. We sold in 6 weeks! It is definitely due to her understanding of the market, understanding where we were at in the whole process and her outstanding ability in her negotiation skills with all the offers that were presented to us. She was always professional but human as well. She had a goal to sell our house and she did. She also had a goal to be part of a team with us and we were a team. We never felt pushed into anything and her genuine care toward us is very much appreciated. Sophie was great to deal with. She would explain things clearly and easily for me. Was happy to sit and constructively discuss my views in relation to the property. I felt heard and understood. Sophie was really helpful with the house buying process. Out of about 30 open homes we went to, only one was through Harcourts with the rest being through Summit. Despite being out numbered, Sophie was really kind, diligent, and went the extra mile for us finding a house that was silently listed that turned out to be the one. She has been incredibly prompt in all responses, she always has an answer for us, and has made sure we have been supported every step of the way. The whole process has been incredibly easy, and Sophie has had a large role to play in that. We hope others have as much success with her as we have.
