Excellent communicator with a great balance of friendliness and professionalism

Sophie was great at communicating, honest and upfront. We could feel that she genuinely cared for us and wanted the best for us but at the same time made sure that we understood her position where she had to take the vendor's interest in to account as well as ours. Sophie was a pleasure to deal with, and was always ready to help in every way possible.
