Sophie was pleasant and ready to answer questions whenever something came up. If she couldn't attend by coming out or where we wanted to view the property she gladly arranged someone to step in. It was pleasant working with Sophie and her colleagues never feeling pressured and all made sure we had all information in hand. Very thorough throughout.
