Sonya was great at communication she kept us up to date every step of the way either by phone or email. Her marketing knowledge was great advising us of what the houses in our area had sold for and also what we should expect for our home going on the age, area etc. Also negotiating with us and the vendor was done very quickly once they showed interest in buying. Sonya was always very professional in her manner and immaculately dressed at all times. She was there 24/7 if we wanted to ring and ask her questions and she was able to put our minds at rest with our enquire.
