Having worked with Karl in the past, I watched with interest around how they were working on the coast. They are complete disruptors to the market! It was cool to see them drag that RE industry out of the stone age. It was fantastic seeing their videos for new listings and weekly and monthly sales updates. So when it can to sell our house, we naturally gave the Sold of Kapiti boys a call and chance to present to us. Karl was brilliant from the start and handled our sale excellently. He kept us informed and communication was fantastic! I would wholeheartedly recommend the boy to anyone thinking about selling.
