Karl was awesome - very professional and friendly and most importantly he achieved top $ in the sale

We listed our Kapiti section for sale with Karl at a time (late Oct 22) when property prices were failing, needless to say our expectations of what offers we'd receive were on the low side. Karl not only managed to sell the section quickly (2 Dec) he achieved the asking price which I had thought would be all but impossible. Karl (at Sold On Kapiti) was great to deal with, very friendly and very professional, and kept us well informed though out the period of the sale. A job very well done.
