Excellent sales strategy and most importantly, honest from day one.

Aside from his knowledge and smart sales strategy, Karl is honest. I spoke with him over the course of three years, deciding whether or not I wanted to sell. He never pushed me and actively encouraged me to hold off until he felt I could achieve the sales price I wanted. Needless to say, when he said the time to sell, I trusted his assessment and we got three offers on the property and quickly went unconditional. I can't recommend him highly enough.
