Got the dream home!

After missing out on another home (also listed by SoK) we saw another listing that we'd missed. After contacting SoK again, we arranged a viewing and within a few weeks it was ours. I appreciated Karl's candor in our dealings. He was honest and open about a few of our more pressing questions, and it really helped seal the deal for us. We've moved in now and couldn't be happier.
