We struggled to find our next forever home. Karl sat down with us asking detailed questions to assess our needs, including looking at the house we just sold to gauge our expectations. With the parameters set he showed us a home we hadn't looked it. It was the one! With a few hoops to jump through he managed the process and guided us on our journey. His communication was outstanding. A total professional who knew his stuff but with personality. We are in love with our new home. Sold on Kapiti simply "nailed it".
