How lucky were we to have bought our first home from Sold on Kapiti's Karl; he's an absolute delight! It was love at first sight with our new home and our favourite agent. Karl patiently walked us through the buying process calming our nerves (because lets face it, buying a home is an anxious time, even more-so when your a first home buyer in a manic market!) and keeping us positive along the way. Karl's special quality is his authenticity. He's simply an honest. down-to-earth, hard working young professional that genuinely want to do best by his customers (vendors and purchasers alike). Its the little things that go a very long way like courtesy txts and emails, using his own decor to 'up'-stage a home and always doing what he says he will do. Karl is very charismatic (and has a wardrobe to match!) and it is this combined with his impressive knowledge of the Kapiti market and the art of real estate that will truly impress. Although we're very happy in our own home Sold on Kapiti will be our go-to for all our future real estate needs. Highly, highly recommend.
