Chris was very personable and easy to work with. Sale was quick and easy for us. We had an issue with titles being superimposed incorrectly over the actual property. Research we did with a surveyor showed that this was incorrect and a well known issue. We wonder whether the property should have been shown in the advert looking as it did with the incorrect overlay and whether it was up to the vendor to get the answer to the question about overlay accuracy which was already known. A lengthy response but generally very happy with the way it turned out
