Karl was absolutely superb to work with. He was very attentive to some peculiarities in our situation, and rather than forcing us through a uniform process he took extra time to market our property in the way we needed and wanted. We achieved a great outcome after he negotiated well on our behalf, and communicated superbly through every step of the process. However the great service was more than that- he also assisted with some invaluable guidance and experience on our separate house purchase, which enabled us to achieve a much better outcome on that than we’d have managed without him.
