He was professional in his approach and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience with Slade was fantastic - every step of the way! Great customer centric service.
Slade is great to work with. He likes to find out what you are looking from sale and than he delivers it. I guess sale is art not Science. Slade definitely have the art to make things happen. I will definitely use slade again.
Slade was a knowledgeable agent from the outset; a great mix of professional and personable. But a few mishaps post-ASAP signing, left us overall disappointed. We waited several weeks after settlement before it was indicated that the full set of house keys would be handed over to us. By then, we sounded like a broken record asking for keys so we changed all house locks. We also had a repair issue that wasn't resolved even after mentioning the problem to both Slade and another OPES colleague, Matt. We acknowledge that they have great real estate insights, but our experience with OPES post-signing has left us discouraged from using them again. And to top it off, after 2-3 odd months of dealing with Slade and team, whoever had written the review of us as clients misspelt one of our names (made up of four letters). An oddity, and an unfortunate overall experience.
Thank you Slade for being so patient and helpful throughout the entire journey. We loved the home, however, it took longer than our last purchase given our tricky situation. I'd said we'd never seal the deal if it wasn't because of your assistance. Absolutely recommend to other homeowners and buyers.
Slade answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge and helped us in securing a wonderful house in a great location. He worked very well as a bridge between us and the vendors. In multiple occasions he came up with great solutions to our concerns and provided middle ground for both parties which was essential for securing this deal.
