Selling our home was a challenging experience particularly in such a difficult market. The process took around six months from start to finish. It wasn't always an easy journey, especially with the start of the Iran/USA war and there were certainly some moments along the way. They continued to work hard to get the property sold, kept us informed and supported us through the various challenges and opportunities. Obviously not a good time to sell but, apart from lowering the price once, Sinead was always confident that we would sell the house as long as we had patience. Knew how to deal with potential buyers when 2 similar properties came on the market in the same area. If Sinead wasn't able to communicate with us over something, her "team-mates" kept us up to date with progress on the sale.
