Simone came back promptly with all information I needed. She went the extra mile to arrange Builders reports and had all other paperwork necessary available. She had a good knowledge of the house and I landed in New Zealand on Wednesday morning and I was having an inspection of the house with her the same afternoon. I was very impressed.
