Our experience as the buyers of a property listed by Simone was absolutely wonderful. Simone pulled a miracle to get us in to see the house on incredibly short notice, and then continued to grind away to get the purchase across the line. Simone kept us updated as quickly as she could at every step and really feel like she celebrated with us when we purchased the house. Simone was very knowledgeable about the house, and process and was helpful all the way (she even filled in the S&P). We really appreciate your mahi on this- and are sure that the Vendors do as well!
