Working with Simone, from the moment we saw the house to getting all the paperwork sorted, everything was so straightforward. Simone made the process easy and often thought of things before we did. I cannot recommend her highly enough for her commitment to selling the property. Simone is also incredibly down to earth and easy to talk with while navigating the house buying process.
Simone was our second Agent to our second Agency for our first home sale. Where our initial agent left us with a sour taste in our mouth, when we approached Barfoot and were introduced to Simone, she listened to our story with an open ear. We had no prior knowledge as to her history or experience as an agent, but it became clear very quickly that she had listened to our particular desires and immediately taken them on board. Though we posed a challenge with our home, and in the market at the time, she stuck with us and pushed every week to find our buyer. While it was a new experience for us, Simone helped us with every question, and offered her advice when it was needed. In the end, she stuck with us and we with her because it felt like she was on our side the whole time. Thanks Simone. You have my sincerest recommendation.
We found Simone very knowlagable, patient and useful, as we were first home buyers and had very little clue what we were doing. Simone helped us walk through the whole process and sold us a beautiful home.
Marg and I provided Simone with a list of things we wanted in our next home. Simone did all the research, communicated regularly, and sent us listings she thought we would like. She arranged viewings at selected houses. She was patient with us, listened, and provided all the info we needed. She helped negotiate an acceptable price on the house we wanted. You are a "Star" Simone. Thank you.
Simone went ouf of her way to help us find the right house. We were out of area so did not know what was really available. Simone listened to our needs and helped us narrow down houses to see according our needs. Nothing was too much bother. Answered our calls promptly if she was not available. Supported us through the entire process of purchasing a home. Would recommend her anytime.
This was our Fourth property we have placed with Barfoot & Thompson for sale and we weren’t disappointed,we gave the listing of our property to Pukekohe agent Simone Keven.Right from the start Simone was on the ball supplying us with the correct marketing information and ideas on how to present our property for the sale. She followed up with information on the progress of the interest on our property until the sale, which was in a very quick time. I would highly recommend Simone Keven and the team from Barfoot & Thompson for their professionalism in the sale of your property.
Simone has been very helpful and has given us the help that we needed in buying the house. She has the knowledge of what is required in real estate. We are first time buyers and her knowledge gave us comfort and help that we needed.
