We had heard that Simone was a good estate agent and after our first meeting with her were convinced she was right for us. We hit it off from the get go and her enthusiasm and confidence plus willingness to help prepare the house for open days and viewings seemed more than we expected. Simone was very communicative with us and quick to respond when sent an e.mail or text. Her experience came to the fore when we had a cash offer that needed negotiations and communication with buyers and 2 sets of lawyers. This was all time critical to get over the line successfully as lockdown for covid 19 was only days away. However she pulled it all together for us under trying circumstances, getting the paperwork sorted and us paid almost straight away. How could we not recommend Simone? She was awesome.
