The quality of the photos and marketing material were very high, and we appreciated being consulted prior to promotional material being finalised. We felt the photos gave a positive, but accurate reflection of the property. The weekly feedback after each open home was extremely detailed and included both the positive and negative comments, which we felt were very important to be aware of. We were kept very informed throughout the period leading up to the auction and Simons PA was approachable and helpful. On the auction day, both Simon and our auctioneer were amazing and we were extremely pleased and relieved that the property sold at auction to happy buyers.
