Simon Short

We first met Simon at open homes. We were impressed by his marketing strategies using his training and experience to better understand the needs of potential buyers, like my wife and myself. He quizzed us as to what features of a property we were looking for and from there was able to match us with the sort of places we would consider. Job done! In many cases other agents showing open homes would just take our name, tell us to look around and check out the clothes we were wearing, not bothering to ask us what we were looking for in a property. So when it came for us to sell our home in Papamoa recently, choosing Simon and his brother Tim who is now on the team, was a no brainer.
