Simon helped the reviewer sell this property

Mount Hutt Station Road, Methven. 40ha

We recently sold our Property with Simon Sharpin from Bayleys Methven with an outstanding result. His communication and local market knowledge got us a fantastic price above our expectations. It was sold at auction after he provided a realistic appraisal which drew heavy buyer interest. We would gladly recommend Simon to anybody looking to sell in Canterbury, as he was in close contact and guided us through a stress free sale. Ricky & Judy MAY METHVEN NZ.
