In a short time dealing with Simon, nothing has been a problem.
At the start, I text Simon on the house I had noticed for sale.
"When is the next open home please"
"Hi Kevin" "Next Sundat at 2:30pm if you would like to have a look "
"Yes please"
And so it started, I showed up and had a quick look as another couple were there as well, after they left, Simon told me that there were numerous offers on this property, gutted ! Not a chance now and nothing left on the market that fitted my needs and wants, following week Simon texted saying excepted offer fell through and he thought of me straight away ! Most definitely yes was my answer !.
Communication was very helpful, and helpful it turned out to be !, started to look at doer, uppers now until he gave me the heads up that this house was back in the game, so after a few phone calls we met up at the office and signed away, telling me that chances are, more offers could come calling, so all good, next day, called up to say, sure enough another offer was on the table, that night, signed another bit of paperwork, fingers crossed 🤞, few days later he rang the good news ! I'm in and it's all go from there, mind you he rang from out on a boat in the sounds, so even though he was having a relaxing time, his dedication to call me from out there says a lot.
Really think the real estate agents put a lot into buying and selling on behalf of clients, it's not just a 9- 5 job, I've done my 10 hours every day of the week, but these people are still phoning to and throw at night, on Sundays to, open homes all day.
Between Simon from Ray White and Trina from Harcourts, both have given me the best help from selling and buying at the same time, even though I'm hard to get hold of during the day, evenings have been the best time to communicate with me, in a way it's been a stressful but then again exciting time for me changing from just a house to a new comfortable home, and Simon made sure it happened ! Thank Simon.
