I'm a first home buyer and new to the property market. Simon was very helpful and went out of his way to answer my many questions about the home and keep my mind at ease through the purchasing process. He was flexible with viewing times and willing to meet me at my place of work when required which helped a lot. From the initial interview with Simon he spent hours answering questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information to help us sell our home. We were concerned that our house would not sell because of the previous agent. Simon, reassured us that he would make the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realters don't (but should), like having a professional video and photographs taken, and he is incredibly honest with his feedback. When we saw our video and listing and other advertising material we were blown away. His hard work and exceptional customer service of what it takes to sell a home really payed off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition, we received so many enquiries and offers within a productive time frame.
